GDF SUEZ has a 30% shareholding in Opus Energy.
GDF SUEZ has a 30% shareholding in Opus Energy. This holding was acquired in May 2006 by International Power PLC, which is now wholly owned by GDF SUEZ. At the same time the companies agreed a power supply deal, giving Opus Energy long-term access to a reliable source of competitively priced electricity. This agreement enables Opus Energy to continue its stable growth and commitment to lowering electricity prices for business customers.

Telecom Plus PLC, a member of the FTSE 250, has a 20% shareholding in Opus Energy.
Telecom Plus PLC, a member of the FTSE 250, has a 20% shareholding in Opus Energy. Through this relationship, Opus Energy provides Telecom Plus PLC with outsourced information technology systems and certain energy services.
