At Opus Energy, we are focused on the needs of business customers. Through strategic partnerships, Opus secures low-cost energy, and wherever possible will purchase electricity from renewable or cleaner power sources.   

We are committed to developing long-term relationships with our customers, by successfully meeting their needs. We strive to deliver a high standard of care; this for us means an experienced energy professional answering your call. We don’t use automated answering systems and we don’t outsource our operations to overseas call centres. Our streamlined and simplified billing system delivers accurate monthly energy usage and billing information. 

We were also the first energy company to make smart meters available to our customers for free, and are dedicated to promoting their benefits. We concentrate on installing meters quickly, efficiently and safely. We want our customers to have confidence in the smart meter roll-out programme, and believe they are entitled to a hassle-free installation process. In line with our commitment to protect the needs of our customers, we signed up to the Which? 'No selling, just installing' smart meter promise in 2011.

As a supplier of electricity we recognise our duty of care towards protecting the environment and are committed to continue buying power from renewable and cleaner power sources.

We also work to support the communities we live in and actively fund-raise in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
