Payment Plan Billing

Payment Plan Billing allows you to spread the cost of your electricity evenly across 12 monthly payments. It is a simple and efficient way to plan your business’ finances.

• Getting Started - we will work with you to agree an estimate of your likely spend over the next year. This amount is then divided into 12 equal instalments which are collected each month by direct debit.
• Annual Reconciliations – at least once a year, your payment plan is reviewed in light of submitted meter readings, highlighting any under or over usage. If necessary, we will adjust the level of your monthly payments to ensure your plan stays on track.
• If, at any time, you believe that your payment plan is not correct, please let us know.  It may be that your consumption has changed over the last year, or possibly your estimate of the amount of energy you will be using in a new property needs refining. You can request that we reconcile your account at any time.  You can either provide us with your meter readings or we will organise for a meter reader to visit your property so that we can calculate your exact consumption and ensure the accuracy of your future payments.

Energy Billing

Energy Billing allows you to pay for your electricity as you use it. Your monthly invoice will reflect the amount of electricity you have used over that period; this means that your bills are likely to be lower in the summer and higher in the winter months.

• Getting Started – each month your direct debit payment will be based on your actual electricity consumption. Your monthly invoice will detail the meter readings used to calculate the amount of electricity you have used.
• Meter Readings – in the absence of submitted meter readings we will estimate the electricity used, based on your previous consumption. Any under or over usage highlighted from submitted meter readings will be reflected in your next month’s invoice.

Made-To-Measure Contracts

You choose – customers can tailor the invoice type and contract length to suit your business requirements. We offer fixed term and fixed unit rate contracts of up to four years. A fixed term contract gives you peace of mind and the ability to forecast your expenditure with a high degree of accuracy - no matter how energy prices might fluctuate.
