With Opus Energy billing, you pay for your electricity or gas as you use it with accurate monthly invoices that reflect your usage.
- Your monthly direct debit is based on your energy consumption and invoices will detail your submitted meter readings
- In the absence of meter readings, estimated readings are based on previous consumption, with under or over usage reflected in the next month’s invoice
- Smart metering uses real time monitoring of your energy usage, for accurate monthly billing data
We’re committed to delivering the highest standards of customer service and as part of our commitment we go beyond the requirements set out in the Voluntary Standards for Back Billing Micro Business Energy Customers. We won’t bill a customer for unbilled energy consumption in excess of one year old where it is our error.
