Graduate business programme
Spend time across multiple departments at Opus Energy to gain an understanding of the different parts of our customer journey.
What does the programme involve?
As part of our Graduate business programme, you will be given the opportunity to spend time in Sales, Customer Operations, Credit Control and Business Change. This will help you understand how each area contributes to our customer journey, and ultimately, to the growth of our company.
Where is it based?
This programme is primarily based in our Northampton office.
How long does it last?
Our Graduate business programme lasts three years. You will spend the last year as a Team Leader in one of the above areas to provide vital experience before you move into your full-time position.
What happens at the end of the programme?
You will gain invaluable experience of team management and project management as you come together with other graduates in the programme to work on a group project. Taking responsibility for delivering a business-critical solution will provide you with the transferable skills you need to launch a successful management career with us.
What are the entry requirements?
You’ll need a 2:1 degree in an business-related subject.
What do you get?
You’ll receive a salary of £25,000, plus a joining payment of £1,000 You will also be a part of the company performance bonus scheme, and will receive all our standard benefits such as private health insurance and matched pension.
