Paying your bill

There are a few ways to do pay your invoice. You can:

  1. Log in to your online account, where you can set up a Direct Debit or make a BACS transfer. And if you switch to eBilling you could get £10 cashback. Just contact our Customer Services team to find out more.
  2. Call us between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday on 01604 797301.
  3. Send a cheque with your account number as a reference to: Opus Energy Ltd, PO Box 55, Sheffield, S98 1DZ.

Remember! If you would like to make more than one payment, you need to include the relevant account number as a reference on each payment made.
