Before your fixed term contract ends, we will write to you to let you know the end is approaching and let you know your options if you don’t renegotiate a contract.
If your contract was agreed before 23 January 2019
After your fixed term period ends (or if it has already ended) you will be moved onto a Variable rate and your prices will be detailed on your paper or online bill. You can log into your online account to access all your bills.
Variable rates give you the flexibility of not being locked into a fixed-term contract but they are likely to be higher than what you pay during your fixed-term period so we recommend you get in touch to renegotiate a new contract by calling 0160 465 3304.
If your contract was agreed on 23 January 2019 or afterwards
After your fixed-term period ends and you don't agree a new contract, you will continue to receive energy from us under our monthly plan. This plan combines the benefit of budget certainty from fixed rates for a year with the flexibility to end the contract with 30 days’ notice.
As above, monthly plan rates are still likely to be higher than what you pay during your fixed term period so we recommend you get in touch to renegotiate a new contract by calling 0160 465 3304.
