We are sorry you have a reason to complain. Sometimes things can go wrong and, if this happens, we want to work with you to reach a resolution that you’re happy with.

Our Customer Experience Director, Carrie Nelson-Conway, oversees every aspect of our rigorous customer complaints procedure and works closely with our Customer Service team to ensure that all complaints are handled efficiently.

Carrie has 15 years of experience in Customer Service, and in her role at Opus Energy she oversees every stage of a customers’ relationship with us.
