How do fixed term contracts work?

We build the duration of your contract around the needs of your business, so it can be fixed for anything from 1-4 years. This means that during that time period, your energy tariff is fixed and you don’t have to worry about it.

However, please note that if you attempt to change supplier during the fixed term period of supply, we may object to that transfer because you are still in contract with us.
