Want to get more from your energy data?

Did you know that you can access the energy usage data from your meter free of charge?

Understanding your energy use can put you in control, helping you with decisions about how to make better use of your energy.

There are a few different ways to access your data based on your meter type

If you have a meter that sends us data every Half Hour

You can access your energy use data on My Opus Energy portal. Here you can see visualisations of your data or export it. Sign into My Opus Energy.

If you have a Non-Half Hourly AMR meter (a meter that automatically sends us meter reads)

You can access your monthly reads on the My Opus Energy portal. For access to the portal, an export of your data as a CSV file, or to request Half Hourly data, please contact us using the contact details on your bill. We’ll respond to you about any data requests within 10 working days.

If you have a smart meter

You can access your data through our My Smart Energy app or portal. The app will show your usage data for up to 10 sites. The portal will show your energy usage for up to one thousand sites. You can also look at the cost of your energy*, export your data, and much more;
